It could be by running activity badges for young people, as a Training Adviser to new leaders, helping with catering for events or camps, running activities for young people, helping with transport, assisting with hill walking, rock climbing or anything else that would support Scouting.
People can still be involved in Scouting without the full-time commitment of being a leader.
